Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. International Shipping
All orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx, directly from our logistics center in Brazil to the United States.
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, provided there are no delays in U.S. customs clearance. While FedEx offers fast and reliable international service, please be aware that customs inspection times may vary and could affect delivery time.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
At checkout, shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address and order weight. All shipments include tracking and are handled as express international deliveries via FedEx.
4. Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. You can track your shipment directly at www.fedex.com.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Epic Choose is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by FedEx. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please file a claim directly with FedEx. We are happy to assist you in coordinating with their support team if necessary.
